In Kenya alone, 5 million formal workers are living paycheck to paycheck with 65% running out of cash before the month ends. We are leveraging their relationship with the employer to deliver inclusive financial services for formal workers across the continent.

We are VC-backed, are growing +30% month on month, and have partnerships with leading employers in Kenya as well as leading financial institutions.

💻 What you will work on

Your mission

Build and scale our software products with a sense of full ownership.

In the first 6 months, your focus will be on:

• Drive the strategy and execution for our HR system, ensuring it effectively supports our embedded finance platform.
• Define product requirements in collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams, translating employer and HR needs into scalable solutions.
• Oversee development and implementation, working closely with engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Refine our product roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance payroll integration, employer adoption, and compliance.
• Establish strong product development processes to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration and scalability.
